Project: transfer of the commercial headquarters to the historic company headquarters, where production takes place, and contextual technological development of the company processes

Purpose of the intervention: The entrepreneurial project is aimed at increasing commercial relations and
of customer loyalty, through the proposal of a complete and unique shopping experience
gender, both in person and online, and to technological development to support commercial and business management
Project activities: the investment program includes:
- The transfer of the current commercial headquarters to the company complex, to allow the customer visitor to live the purchasing experience where the product is born and to personally explore the history of the company and the Venetian footwear district, through the museum collection already present
- The construction of a digitalized information flow that allows distant customers to experience the production process in every phase, from their order to the delivery of the product through the connection of the internal management software with the company’s CRM and with the website
- The installation of production data and processing time detectors at each stage
Financial support granted: 62,711.65 euros as a non-repayable contribution and 37,911.65 euros as a zero-interest subsidized loan.
