Shopping online is very easy

Relax and visit our shop, have a look at our collections and save your favorite item in the cart. Let your enthusiasm drive you: the item list on your cart can be changed whenever you would like to. After choosing your products, you can continue with your order providing the required details. Check properly the information you filled out and do not forget to write also your phone number, so that the courier can contact you directly. At this stage, you can enter the discount code that you will receive for special occasions in the proper area. Let us spoil you! Your order summary page will display the total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs, which are calculated according to your delivery address. You can proceed with the payment using the method you prefer; on the page, a message will be displayed, informing you that the purchase was successful. At the end, you will receive an order confirmation email showing the details of your purchase and providing your order number.

For this reason, we decided to collaborate with the most solid and reliable international couriers: TNT/FEDEX for Italian and international deliveries and the International Postal service for deliveries to Russia. We can rely on them, in order to ensure safety and care during the delivery of your precious purchase.

Delivery time and costs

Here you can find delivery costs and time according to your area. Shipping table. We inform you that the delivery time could vary within the same country, depending on the courier’s internal management, strikes and unpredictable events, or if the recipient address is located in a very remote area. Delivery costs do not change if you purchase more than one item, so indulge yourself in a shopping spree! Possible custom fees are not included in the delivery costs, therefore they are at your charge.

When possible, shipping costs are free of charge

We like to treat you properly. If your purchase amount is over € 350 (VAT included), we will pay for delivery costs: for you, they are free of charge. You will only need to use the discount code FREESHIP when checking out (the coupon is not cumulative with other offers). Furthermore, you can place your online order and pick it up for free from our store in Padua using the discount code PAOULPADOVA while checking out. The coupon is cumulative with other offers. As soon as your order is ready, our advisors will contact you to schedule an appointment for the collection of your items. Finally, you will be able to unwrap your present and wear it!

Delivery: how does it work?

Checking your order is so easy. As soon as you receive your order confirmation email, your delivery will be handed over to the courier. In the email you will find the tracking number, which gives you the possibility to check the delivery status of your Paoul shoes any time. Furthermore, you will receive a message or an email with the delivery notice, which enables you to decide to change the delivery address or collect your order from a delivery point. Remember that orders are only dispatched on working days and are not delivered to post-office boxes. What happens if I am not home when the courier comes? No problem. The courier always makes two consecutive attempts leaving an attempted delivery notice each time; the note will explain how to contact the TNT reference branch. If the delivery is unsuccessful for the second time, your package will be held charging you a fee and the courier will contact you to know how you would like to proceed. You can let him know if you want the goods to return to the sender (on your charge) or to a different address.
