If you would like to return goods
If the item is not damaged and has not been used, you can contact us within 14 days after receiving the order for the return authorization, sending an e-mail to paoul@paoul.com. Write as subject of your e-mail “RETURN – ORDER N° [your order number][numero del tuo ordine]” and provide full details of the product (alternatively, you can copy the full description on the label attached to the front part of the box) and explain the reason of your return. After receiving the return authorization, you can return your item in the original packaging. We will book a free of charge picking up at the address you provided. There will be no charge for you: delivery costs and customs fees are at Paoul’s charge. The courier will send you an e-mail with the instructions; you will find in attachment the label to attach to your parcel, where there will be our address as receiver: Paoul Srl, Via Emilia Romagna 12, 35020 Villatora di Saonara (PD) – Italia. Print out the label and follow the instructions in the e-mail.
If the correct procedure was followed and the return is in line with what you declared, as soon as we receive the parcel, depending on your request either a refund will be issued according to the payment method used or the product will be replaced.

Really great shoe. Looks good and feels strong. I dance on these shoes with confidence. I chose this brand because of the fact that my normal brand is manufactured in Great Brittain. After brexit they got unaffordable. My review would have had 5 stars if the ankle band had a small hook so that de ankle band could grip around de ankle clasp. That way the pattent leather ankle band would not dammage and the shoe could be taken on real fast. Quick service, clear website. Just great.
