"Lillipuzia" by Rocco Paladino.
September.
The September of Visions is dedicated to Rocco Paladino, photograph and food stylist. For the IOV, and for Paoul, Rocco created "Lillipuzia", inspired by the imaginary village from Gulliver's Travels by Jonathan Swift. A miniature world created with a lot of patience and extraordinary precision: a fantastic and paradoxical situation, that after all, maybe, we preserve in us since childhood. The fairy tale suddenly comes back to visit us in a new context, the present moment, the dream being highlighted by the glow of an altered vision, a fluctuating and unnaturally raised point of view. The wonder and curiosity, without anxiety or fear.

BIOGRAPHY
Rocco Paladino: is a photographer that doesn't like to direct the subjects of his works, that's why he chooses the inanimate ones, and then maybe he even eats them. The passion for photography overwhelms him without him realizing it, causing him to suddenly understand what he wants to do in his life. He loves reportage and French fries, but he also loves to fall asleep on the set after hours spent on curling napkins and moving the lights one centimeter at a time. He is considered to be a good craftsman, but he needs to hear people saying this often to him. His studio is in Padua but he likes moving, and no….this is not his stage name, it's his real name. www.roccopaladino.it
