The funds raised from the charity sale of the Calendar Visioni 2015 were donated to IOV (Veneto Oncology Institute), at the wish of Paoul Dance Shoes Factory, a leading brand of dance shoes in Italy. A year away from the charity project "Visioni. Racconti surreali" (Visions. Surreal stories), Paoul presents all the information on the allocation of funds assigned to two departments of IOV. The Medical Oncology 1 will use the funds for a project on brain tumors, especially for the molecular study of these tumors, aimed at researching new cures for the patients. The Breast Surgery Unit, instead, will invest the funds into a scholarship awarded to a data manager, responsible for data collection within the Breast Unit Department.

The donation is the result of fundraising from the national and international sale of the Calendar Visioni 2015, designed by the creative minds of twelve Italian and international talented photographers: Marco Ambrosi with Caterina Parona, Matteo Danesin with Matteo Martignon, Alberto Lisi, Roberto Masiero, Rocco Paladino, Luca Patrone with Marco Corbani, Lorenzo Paxia, David Prando with Marco Chiurato, Stefano and Weronica Sandonnini, Lorenzo Scaldaferro with Anna Piratti, Aldo Sodoma with Alessandra Bedin, Gabriele Toso. The organization and the coordination of the project was managed by the communication agency Buildidea Group, under Paoul’s supervision that promoted the event and that chose the surreal theme for this initiative. Based on this theme, the artists created twelve dreamful photos, reinterpreting the footwear in a surrealistic way, for each month of the year. The initiative was made possible thanks to the partners who wanted to support Paoul in this project: Typography Asolana, who took the responsibility to print the calendars, and Paola Toffano of Patos Association, who organized the events presentation. Paoul Dance Shoes Factory thanks everyone who was involved in the project for their participation and commitment, as well as IOV Breast Unit and Medical Oncology 1 U.O.C. department to which the company is emotionally tied to for personal reasons.
